- If the Alarms button turns red, call Patrick Finnegan at 765-427-3020 (Cell), 6-1752 (Office), 765-421-6069 (Home). Call Todd Turner 765-496-8214 8214 if you cannot reach Patrick. Be advised, there is no audio alarm.
- If the "Device Failures" button turns red, try restarting the tool. It may have lost communication to the devices.
- If IOC receives an automated call reporting an issue -
- If Patrick Finnegan or another admin has let informed the IOC that this may happen - listen to message and acknowledge as indicated - Send email to verify what action was taken.
- If the call comes in and no admin has forementioned it - DO NOT Acknowledge the alarm. Call Patrick to inform of call. Send follow up email.
