  • If the Alarms button turns red, call Patrick Finnegan at 765-427-3020 (Cell), 6-1752 (Office), 765-421-6069 (Home). Call Todd Turner 765-496-8214  if you cannot reach Patrick. Be advised, there is no audio alarm.
  • If the "Device Failures" button turns red, try restarting the tool. It may have lost communication to the devices.
  • If IOC receives an automated call reporting an issue -
    • If Patrick Finnegan or another admin has let informed the IOC that this may happen - listen to message and acknowledge as indicated - Send email to verify what action was taken.
    • If the call comes in and no admin has forementioned it - DO NOT Acknowledge the alarm. Call Patrick to inform of call. Send follow up email.
  • If IOC receives an automated call regarding the MATH Back-up Chiller reporting an issue -
    1. For the MATH backup chiller starting call, please listen to and acknowledge the message and send a notification email to this mailing list (itidatacentermanagement@purdue.edu)

    2. If there are any Siemens alarms that occur after the backup chiller call (or at any other time), then call and email the Data Center Management on-call list itidatacentermanagement@purdue.edu.


  1. Click the Start button and type Apogee in the search box.
  2. Click the program labeled "APOGEE Launch Pad".
  3. After the program opens, click the 'Field Panel Web Server' button.
  4. Hostname: 128.210.156.128
  5. Use the Ops credentials to login.
     
  6. Expand the collection under "313 [7013]" and within the Graphics section double-click both CHSW (chilled water) views listed to open the graphics for them. One view is for the 4-inch pipes, and the other is for the 8-inch. These are currently named PUMA_4CHWS.FNL and PUMA_8CHWS.FNL.
  7. If the Alarms button turns red, call Patrick Finnegan at 765-427-3020 (Cell), 6-1752 (Office), 765-421-6069 (Home). Call Todd Turner if you cannot reach Patrick. Be advised, there is no audio alarm.
