It's essential that we always have our data center and service monitoring tools running in the IOC. We cannot miss an alert because the monitoring tool was not available or set up correctly. To ensure this does not happen, a Common Operating Environment (COE) has been established for the IOC. This includes a standard configuration of the wall displays in B22 the IOC, and the displays in the console that are used for monitoring. This COE has been reviewed and approved by the supervisors, and should always be used in B22the IOC.
