1. Call PCA (60287) and send follow-up email.
• File Transfer Failure
1. Do not restart items with parentheses (). These are child processes of the item that needs restarted.
2. Restart once
3. If it fails again, follow General Job Failure instructions.
• Notification
1. React as necessary
