- If the Alarms button turns red, call Patrick Finnegan at 765-427-3020 (Cell), 6-1752 (Office), 765-421-6069 (Home). Wait 15 mins and try Patrick again. If still no answer after 15 mins call Todd Turner 765-496-8214 if you cannot reach Patrick. Call Jon MIller if neither responds. Be advised, there is no audio alarm. After an alarm has been acknowledged, no further follow-up is needed. (If alarm is already acknowledged, no need to call - per Patrick in an email 10/03/2020 )
 - If the "Device Failures" button turns red, try restarting the tool. It may have lost communication to the devices.
- If IOC receives an automated call reporting an issue -
- If Patrick Finnegan or another admin has let informed the IOC that this may happen - listen to message and acknowledge as indicated - Send email to verify what action was taken.
- If the call comes in and no admin has forementioned it - DO NOT Acknowledge the alarm. Call Patrick to inform of call. Send follow up email.
- If IOC receives an automated call regarding the MATH Back-up Chiller reporting an issue -
For the MATH backup chiller starting call, please listen to and acknowledge the message and send a notification email to this mailing list (itidatacentermanagement@purdue.edu) If there are any Siemens alarms that occur after the backup chiller call (or at any other time), then call and email itidatacentermanagement@purdue.edu.
