Call Greg Veldman 765-607-6324 next. If still no answer after 15 mins call Todd Turner 765-496-8214 next if no answer from Todd. Be advised, there is no audio alarm. After an alarm has been acknowledged, no further follow-up is needed. (If alarm is already acknowledged, no need to call - per Patrick admin in an email 10/03/2020 )
 - If the "Device Failures" button turns red, try restarting the tool. It may have lost communication to the devices.
