I just noticed there wasn't an article for this... I don't have anything to put here right now, but should at least be a page to be used as a place holder.
Probably just use the same info/processes as the LADMIN documentationNOTE:  The CSC is expected to follow normal password reset procedures and identity verification when a password reset is requested for a DAdmin account.

  • After identity verification, the ticket must now be sent or assigned to whichever local IT supports that user (Ex: CSDS tickets go to IT_PWL_ESS_SUPPORT.) If no local IT is found or if this came from an outside IT, assign the ticket to IT_Identity.
