Keys

Admins will need to checkout keys to buildings on campus for access to Telcomm rooms. There are card swipe keys and physical keys. 

Card Swipe Keys:

TEL MATH and HASS swipe cards are in the file cabinet > binder.

Please have admin fill out the sheet in the binder and then also log it on the IOC log.

Physical Building Keys:

These are located in the keybox (currently not hanging on the wall).

The are in the box in alphabetical order. There is a sheet in the keybox with alost of the keys we do and don't have currently. If we do not have a key, we need to get the MATH key and take the admin to MATH B22 and get the correct key. In MATH b22 they have a checkout system for their keys there on the desk at the entrance to B22. Use that but also log the key transaction in the IOC log. Make sure to get the borrowed key back to B22 asap. (We might also be sending them an email if we need to use their keys - stay tuned for that info)
