Known issues:

Windows / Microsoft Products:

Windows 10 Home does not support Remote Desktop
Windows 10 S on their home machine could not download the AnyConnect client and did not have remote desktop built in. The 'S' version of Windows 10 can only install apps from the Microsoft Store.

MacOS / Apple Products:

macOS 10.10 is not compatible with Cisco AnyConnect. Only compatible with macOS 10.15
If when installing AnyConnect on a Mac, it says there's "already an existing install on this harddrive"
- it's likely a previous install was not removed properly and there's still lingering files,
