Use the Ctrl+Alt+Del screen on a CSDS computer, change the displayed username/account to the desired one and change it.

NOTE: OUadmin Passwords expire every 90 days.

Users should receive an email warning them a few days before it expires. If they fail to change it before it expires, see process below.

CSC are only able to change OU passwords for users in OUR same OU,
AKA CSC users can only reset OU passwords for other CSC users via BoilerAD

For users outside the CSC, should be handled the same as Ladmin resets, they'll need to call in for a PPS ID verification, then escalate to CSDS_SUPPORT
