1. Lesker E-Beam Initial State Check

Check to ensure the instrument is in the proper state before you start.

  1. The bell jar should be fully lowered onto the base.
  2. The ion gauge controller should be powered on, and indicate a pressure range of 3.0 x-6 or below.
  3. The TELEMARK crucible indexer should be powered on and indicate which source is positioned for deposition.

  4. The INFICON depositoin controller should be powered on and indicate READY
  5. The TELEMARK CHEETAH programmable sweep controller should be powered on...?

  6. The M.A.P.S. HTR Power Supply should be powered off.
  7. The TELEMARK TT-6 power supply should be off, with the main breaker in the down position
  8. Enter Name, Alias, Date, Description, and your Professor's name into the log sheet.
