I have received a number of tickets from users trying to RDP into their campus machine and then use SAPGUI. Please distribute the instructions below:Because you are remoting into your computer on campus, you are going to need to use two different VPNs. The first will allow you to remote in, and the second will allow you to access ECP via SAPGUI.
I have received a number of tickets from users trying to RDP into their campus machine and then use SAPGUI. Please distribute the instructions below:Because you are remoting into your computer on campus, you are going to need to use two different VPNs. The first will allow you to remote in, and the second will allow you to access ECP via SAPGUI.
- Using your VPN tool (i.e. Cisco AnyConnect), connect to the "webvpn2.purdue.edu" VPN
- Remote into your machine on campus
- Using your VPN tool on your campus machine, connect to the "webvpn.purdue.edu/SAPGUI" VPN.This combination should give you access to your campus machine plus use of SAPGUI with ECP(EC Payroll) and S/4(Finance).Thank you!
