        On your workstation:

        On the monitoring computers:

 Now what? Alarm going off. Who to contact.

  • Service Offering/Escalation/On-call Info in WIKI – Admins phone & email info
  • Consult Wiki and look up info about which particular Monitoring App is giving an alarm.
  • Can reference IOC log.
  • After you find who to call and call them, send follow up email and then log it.
  • Other monitoring situations (NOC ((emails)), Struxureware Surveillance)
  • Footprints<RFC’s (Daily Change Report) – Look at every day to see what maintenance is being done.

  • This in case of a campus wide outage. 

Access Management 

Admins will need keys to buildings on campus from time to time.
