Shipping and Receiving

Any parcels addressed to a Manager or the Customer Service Center are considered ITaP Packages.  If you are in the office when such packages arrive, check to see that the person works here and sign for them.  Inform a Rep Supervisor if both are absent at the time of delivery.

If you are in the office when any packages arrive addressed to an employee of the Customer Service Center, sign for them and notify the recipient(s) through email.  Letters that can go into a mailbox (and that do not require a signature) are strongly discouraged from being sent to the help desk.

  • Remove your package from the office within 2 days after they arrive.
  • Remove all packaging material from the office.
