TPM Error when starting MS Teams

If someone gets this error it is likely they manually installed Teams. Do the following:

1. Add the machine to the teams group.
   1. If they are already in there then its likely they never got installed right in the first place
2. Uninstall Teams in Control Panel or the Apps and Programs tool.
3. Run Configuration Manager(located in the Control Panel) actions, all of them just to be sure.
4. Open up Software Center and see if Teams' installer is running or waiting to be installed.
   1. If running let it finish
   2. If waiting, initiate the installation
5. After it is done open Teams to see if the TPM error still exists
   1. If it does not then you should be good
   2. If it does then something else is going on causing the TPM error, will require escalation.
