The symptoms appear after the freedom pay application (lite touch) appears to install successfully but when a test (or any) transaction is processed fusion will sit and spin but the credit card machine will never respond to the sent transaction.

The zip file found in the directory:

\\itsofs04.itap.purdue.edu\itcr_dept\CSDS\CSDS General\Documentation\Freedom Pay CC Machine not responding

Can be used to rebuild the local database that is associated with FreedomPay.


The tool can be extracted to a temp location on the local drive of the affected machine and run. No other input is required, the tool appears to know what to look for and repairs the corrupt local database.
