To connect to a client computer:

1. Enter the computer name (fully qualified name preferred) or IP address and click OK.
   
    
   
   
2. The customer will be prompted to allow the incoming connection.  When the customer clicks OK, the remote connection will begin.
3. When you are finished, close the window to exit the session.
