Remote access to CSC supported computers is done by using SCCM and Remote Control Viewer (Configuration Manager Remote Control). This program can be found in:
- Start > Remote Control Viewer
To connect to a client computer:
- Enter the computer name or IP address and click OK.
- The customer will be prompted to allow the incoming connection. When the customer clicks OK, the remote connection will begin.
- When you are finished, close the window to exit the session.
