If or when an emergency such as a natural disaster, power outage or illness, please apply best effort in following the guidelines below:

  1.  Log out of all phones; if you currently on a call, please explain to the customer that emergency circumstances have forced you to have to seek shelter or safety. 
  2.  Account for all IOC staff (Supervisors)
  3. If internet/data still available use #timeclock channel to report you are safe and current situation. 
  4. If no internet please use best effort to contact supervisor to report you are safe and current situation. i.e. text,call, email etc.
