Emergency Communication Plan
Before, during and after an emergency, open lines of communication is a way for leadership and team members to ensure safety and wellness of staff.
If or when an emergency such as a natural disaster, power outage or illness, please apply best effort in following the guidelines below:
- Log out of all phones; if you currently on a call, please explain to the customer that emergency circumstances have forced you to have to seek shelter or safety.
- Account for all IOC staff (Supervisors)
- If internet/data still available use #timeclock channel to report you are safe and current situation.
- If no internet please use best effort to contact supervisor to report you are safe and current situation. i.e. text,call, email etc.
