Content Comparison

NOTE:  The follow following instructions MUST be completed from a CSC Cisco VOIP phone; any CSC VOIP phone will work.

1. Press the voicemail key on the phone.
   
    
    
2. From the Sign In screen, change the Extension to 7654967891 and enter 12345 as the PIN.  Press the Sign in button.
   
    
    
3. Once logged into the mailbox, highlight the message that you want to delete and press the Delete button.
   
   
   
   
4. Delete all message until the mailbox is clear.
