Clearing the ITSD or IOC voicemail box

NOTE:  The following instructions MUST be completed from an ITSD Cisco VOIP phone; any ITSD VOIP phone will work.

NOTE: With one adjustment, this process may also be used to clear the IOC voicemail (difference noted in Step 2). All IOC voicemails should also generate an email (example below).

1. Press the voicemail key on the phone.
   
    
    
2. From the Sign In screen, change the Extension to 7654967891 and enter 12345 as the PIN.  Press the Sign in button. NOTE: If you want to clear the IOC voicemail, change the Extension to 7654967272 and enter 12345 as the PIN.
   
    
    
3. Once logged into the mailbox, highlight the message that you want to delete and press the Delete button.
   
   
   
   
4. Delete all messages until the mailbox is clear.
