Since these are not our your personal computers or workstations, please do not unplug, swap, or in anyway move the equipment around.  If you do not like the location of a piece of equipment or think something needs to be swapped, talk with a Specialist or Rep Supervisorspeak with leadership.

All desktops, laptops and peripherals are the property of Purdue University and are not to be removed from the Customer Service Center for any reason.  There are certain laptops designated for use in on-campus, work-related meetings. These may leave the CSC but cannot be taken off-campus.  Once the meeting has ended, the laptop must be returned to the CSC immediately. Questions about appropriate use should be directed to a manager.

If you think there is a software, hardware, or operating system issue on an ITaP machine that you are unable to resolve, please submit an incident a ticket and escalate to CSDS.

Do not install any unauthorized software on any office machines.  These machines are for work use only and are not to be used for personal recreation. Additional software only slows down the computer, so it is important to limit the software we install on the work computers.
