- CMDB (Found in Footprints) – Who to contact for an alarm/alertService Offering/Escalation/On-call Info in WIKI – Admins phone & email info
- Consult Wiki and look up info about which particular Monitoring App is giving an alarm.
- Can reference IOC log.
- After you find who to call and call them, send follow up email and then log it.
- Other monitoring situations (NOC ((emails)), Struxureware Surveillance)
- Footprints/RFC’s Footprints<RFC’s (Daily Change Report) – Look at every day to see what maintenance is being done.
