• Consult Wiki and look up info about which particular Monitoring App is giving an alarm.
• Can reference IOC log.
• After you find who to call and call them, send follow up email and then log it.
• Other monitoring situations (NOC ((emails)), Struxureware Surveillance)
•        Footprints/RFC’s Footprints<RFC’s (Daily Change Report) – Look at every day to see what maintenance is being done.
