- After identity verification, the ticket must now be sent or assigned to whichever local IT supports that user (Ex: CSDS tickets go to ITAPIT_PWL_CSDSESS_SupportSUPPORT.) If no local IT is found or if this came from an outside IT, assign the ticket to ITAPIT_ACTIVE_DIRECTORYIdentity.
