NOTE:  The CSC is expected to follow normal password reset procedures and identity verification when a password reset is requested for a DAdmin account.

  • After identity verification, the ticket must now be sent or assigned to whichever local IT supports that user (Ex: CSDS tickets go to ITAP_CSDS_Support.) If no local IT is found or if this came from an outside IT, assign the ticket to ITAP_ACTIVE_DIRECTORY.
