NOTE: The "AgIT Help Tool" is installed on ALL AgIT Windows machines. As Tier 1 support for AgIT, we should all be familiar with it, and it's use... especially considering it can resolve many Tier 1 issues outright...

On any AgIT windows machine, you can open the AgIT Help Tool from the start menu. Should appear in the top right corner of the popup panel as a blue circle with a white question mark. You can also open it by searching "AgIT Help" in the start menu. |
