Desktop/Workstation set up.

        On your workstation:

• Email (either Outlook or Outlook Web App)
• IOC Log
• Xymon
• Footprints

        On the monitoring computers:

• Squared Up
• UC4
• Metasys
• StruxureWare
• Siemens
• StationStatus

 Now what? Alarm going off. Who to contact.

• CMDB (Found in Footprints) – Who to contact for an alarm/alert
• Consult Wiki and look up info about which particular Monitoring App is giving an alarm.
• Can reference IOC log.
• After you find who to call and call them, send follow up email and then log it.
• Other monitoring situations (NOC ((emails)), Struxureware Surveillance)
•        Footprints/RFC’s – Look at every day to see what maintenance is being done.
