NOTE: The "AgIT Help Tool" is installed on ALL AgIT Windows machines. As Tier 1 support for AgIT, we should all be familiar with it, and it's use... especially considering it can resolve many Tier 1 issues outright...

Finding/Opening the AgIT help tool

On any AgIT windows machine, you can open the AgIT Help Tool from the start menu. Should appear in the top right corner of the popup panel as a blue circle with a white question mark. You can also open it by searching "AgIT Help" in the start menu.
