Desktop/Workstation set up.

        On your workstation:

• Email (either Outlook or Outlook Web App)
• IOC Log
• Xymon
• Footprints

        On the monitoring computers:

• Squared Up 
• UC4
• Metasys Monitoring
• Struxureware Setup and Monitoring Procedures
• Siemens
• StationStatus

 Now what? Alarm going off. Who to contact.

• CMDB (Found in Footprints) – Admins phone 7 email info
• Consult Wiki and look up info about which particular Monitoring App is giving an alarm.
• Can reference IOC log.
• After you find who to call and call them, send follow up email and then log it.
• Other monitoring situations (NOC ((emails)), Struxureware Surveillance)
• Footprints<RFC’s – Look at every day to see what maintenance is being done.

IOC: Service Alert Process

• This in case of a campus wide outage. 

Keys 

Admins will need keys to buildings on campus from time to time.
