Remote Training Instructions
  1. Start a Microsoft Teams meeting with the new hire. 
                         
  2. Click on the Share button near the top        

                                  

       3. Choose Include Computer Sound and select a screen.

                                

       4. Now all sound (including Cisco calls, videos, music, etc.) will be heard through Microsoft Teams.
