Extraordinary requests from DCM
Please treat any requests by DCM that go beyond our documented protocols with consideration of the following:
- You are under no obligation to do anything outside of our documented procedures. If you feel comfortable fulfilling the request of DCM, you may do so. If you are uncomfortable for whatever reason, please do not accept these tasks.
- If you are ever unsure if a request is appropriate or something you should be doing, please contact Jenn or myself for guidance.
- Any task requested of us by DCM that is outside of our scope must be made or accompanied by a written reply to the IOC email group. This email needn't contain every detail of the requested procedure (although it can), but it should specify the exact request and expectations:
i.e.; "Please reset the CRACs in B190, Greg will call with instructions", etc. - For any tasks completed, please create a TDX service request ticket (requestor = admin from DCM; product = unlisted [for now]; resolve and assign to yourself; update ticket and add IOC@groups.purdue.edu as "Other Email Addresses")
- Log any tasks completed and include TDX ticket number.
