End of Week 3 - Able to perform primary IOC duties without supervision (30?)

End of week 4 - Able to work and resolve FootPrints tickets

Start of Week 5 - Start phone training

Start of week 7 - Supporting Tier 1 enterprise services

Start of week 9 - Providing Tier 1/2 desktop support; CSDS and AgIT

End of Week 12 - Final performance evaluation
