Performance Reviews

Performance reviews are given quarterly, and results are used to determine salary increases, when approved by the Board of Trustees.  The performance year runs from April to March.  Goal-setting is a collaborative process between leadership and Specialists.  Goals will be set near the beginning of the performance year, and reviews will be scheduled every three months.  Advance notice will be provided of performance review meetings, along with the expectations for any material to be prepared.
