- Select the desired source on the Telemark controller, film number chosen will light on the Telemark controller.
- Press start on the Inficon controller
- Press start on the 880 Deposition controllers. The display will then read ready.
- When the deposit segment of the film program starts, open the shutter.
- When the deposit segment of the film program ends, close the shutter.
- The touch screen should now display IDLE
- Press STOP on the 880 Deposition Controller
