9. Lesker E-Beam Material Deposition

1.  Select the desired source on the Telemark controller, film number chosen will light on the Telemark controller.
2. Press start on the Inficon controller
3. Press start on the 880 Deposition controllers.  The display will then read ready.
4. When the deposit segment of the film program starts, open the shutter.
5. When the deposit segment of the film program ends, close the shutter.
6. The touch screen should now display IDLE
7. Press STOP on the 880 Deposition Controller
