How to Change Finesse Passwords

To change Finesse Passwords please go to the below webpage:

  1. http://myphone.voip.purdue.edu
  2.  Sign in with Duo
  3. Next you will go to "General Settings".
  4. Look to the Client/Portal Password and enter the old Finesse password. If the user does not know the old password, escalate to IT_FIELD_OPS.
  5. Set your new password and confirm it. 
  6. Click "Save".
