They should be reaching out at some point about getting a KB made for dealing with ASPIRE?

Yeah, ASPIRE is one of those "special" arrangements. It is only set to last a year.

They should be reaching out to Rhonda at UR. Unless the reader is broken or offline, it really doesn't fall to IT.
If either of those is the case, then it falls to me (Kris Halter) or Dave Brown.
