CSC Support For SuccessFactors
SuccessFactors will roll out on December 24th for essential personnel that are here during the recess, otherwise, most customers will start using in on January 2nd.
- The main area of support will be around authentication and using BoilerKey. As with SAP, BoilerKey is required when logging into SuccessFactors.
- There are two main ways that customers will interact with SuccessFactors; either through a web browser or using an iPad card swipe kiosk (WebClock).
- For browser-based issues, there are two main things to check. First, verify that SuccessFactors has been added as a trusted site. Second, Flash is required for parts of SuccessFactors. Make sure the Flash is enabled and up to date when using SuccessFactors.
- NOTE: CSDS customers having issues that are located in KPTC should be escalated to ITERM_REL_MGRS if the CSC cannot resolve.

- If a customer calls about "how to" information regarding SuccessFactors, direct them to training resources found at https://www.purdue.edu/treasurer/transform/Transform%20Newsletter/2018-12-06/main.html. They can also speak with their supervisor and/or business office.
- For any issues the CSC cannot resolve, escalate tickets to COE_HYPERCARE in FootPrints.
- Please assign the tickets related to time or webclock to the appropriate Tier 1 business area: HR_TIME_MOBILE_TIME. (Per email from Cindy Oneal)
