Delivra - Needs Updated -CV

Delivra is a mass mailer like mailman, but newer. It is not supported by Messaging, it is in fact supported by Marketing and Media. Marketing and Media is VPPA_Marketing_Content and located under Central_Enterprise in Footprints so it may require a workspace move.

Please do not send Delivra tickets to Messaging, they are not able to assist in its support since they do not support it. This includes issues with Delivra and requests to add or make Delivra lists.
