Login: Using the Admin Login above.

Select the printer that is being reported:

The login page provides information on the pages printed daily and Printer Status. Select the Printers option on the left side of the screen.

The printer list will appear in alphabetical order. Those printers with issues will have a red x located to the left of the printer’s name, these printers may be in the process of being removed. The printers are named by building, room number, and a number to indicate which printer in the room it is. There may be a “c” listed afterward, this usually indicates a color printer.  Select a printer name:


Once the printer configuration page appears, the toner status will display, and a Black and White Printer will have only one toner cartridge while a Color printer has four.




Reasons to send a ticket to the Labs group:

  1. If the printer shows a paper jam, out of paper, or any other error, create a ticket and send it to the Labs group. 
  2. The caller is asking for a refund of a print job, Obtain the time, date, name of printer, and number of pages to be refunded and send it in a ticket to the Labs group. 
  3. The caller is reporting that they did not receive an increase at the beginning of the semester. All students have their accounts reset to $40 while Staff is reset to $80 during the fall semester only, not the spring semester. Send a ticket to the Labs group so they can add the missing funds to the account.
