New UC4 Coming Soon

"On Saturday, 4/18 at 10am, UC4 will be shut down to begin the upgrade to the newer version, v12.

When we notify you that the upgrade is complete you will then sign back in with the new version 12 java user interface using the same credentials as before.

There will be a change to your monitoring procedure. Unfortunately we’ve not been able to get the cockpit/dashboard to work in v12. It’s marked out on the attached screen shot.

So until we come up with a better solution we’ll need you to monitor the specially filtered activities boxes to see transfers that need to be restarted and abends that need to be called in.
