- Onboarding/Crossboarding –For new hires it is the process of completing the required paperwork, setting up the career account and creating the SuccessFactors profile.
- NOTE: For existing employees adding a new position, aka concurrent employment or changing positions, it is the process of creating the entry that Hiring uses to add the position.
