Alias (Username) Change
1/12/23 - IAMO has updated the Alias Change process. We no longer will send people the PDF we have in the wiki. There is a Qualtrics survey they fill out instead now.

Use this customer note when responding to a ticket where a user has requested that their Alias and Email be changed
NOTE: This is NOT the process if they are just trying to set up a 'vanity' email address.
Thank you for contacting ITaP Customer Service Center. I can’t guarantee the change will be approved, but you can request a full alias change by filling out a Form 10 qualtrics survey.

If this request is approved, the change may disrupt your ability to log in to some systems for 72 hours following the account modification. You will be contacted when the change is made, or if there are any additional questions. Please allow 10 business days for this request to be approved.
