How to use Catbert: KB 175697
Hostname | What does this mean? |
---|---|
lpvunxweb02.itap | If present, account is able to enable a web.ics webspace attached to their account. See KB# 699217-"How do I get a personal webspace?" |
Stands for 'multi-factor-authentication RADIUS server'. If disabled, a customer will likely have issues using BoilerKey. The CSC cannot enable, but should document and escalate to IAMO. | |
o365base.itsp | This is their Office365 account. If this is not in catbert it indicates that they will not be able to log into any of their Office programs (excel, word, teams, one note) and need to visit https://www.purdue.edu/apps/account/Office365Status and Activate/Log into their account in the top right - KB 562330 |
o365email.itsp | If this is missing you need to visit https://www.purdue.edu/apps/account/ChangeMailbox and choose "set up your office 365 mailbox" option which should be the top option available. This will generate after about 5 minutes time, and then take another few minutes to propagate on Microsoft's side. If they are set up to forward or disable they will not have a mailbox to sign into. This must be done AFTER o365base is activated (see above). If there is no mailbox option (disabled) or if it won't save properly, this will need to be sent to IAMO. - KB 170772 |
