Overview

General Description

There are a range of tools available for particle processing in the roll-to-roll labs.

Ball mill / jar roller with spherical yttria-stabilized zirconia milling media for particle size reduction.
Sieves are used for particle sorting by size.
Centrifuge for separation of particles from liquid used during milling.
Thinky mixers for mixing particles with a viscous organic medium.
Three roll mill for exfoliating particle agglomerates in paste compositions.
